I have the http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=23015, and when i put in the battery and twist the end on tightly it starts automatically. The buttons on the end don't work or do anything, and if i hold it down for 2 seconds (or more) it won't stop.

It vibrates, but i have to twist the end on right to the end to start it and i twist it back a little to stop it. It's not supposed to turn on by twisting on the end, right? That's what the buttons are for...

It works, but is it faulty? Or am i just using it wrong?

It sounds faulty to me. As it's got 10 modes you should be able to cycle through. Contact customer service they will be able to help.

Yup, sounds like it's faulty. Get in touch with customer services and they'll be able to sort something out for you :)
