Warm water usually does the trick but then we dont have that many toys. I like the heated pet blanket idea but we would have to keep the moggies away from it or it wouldn't be ours for long 
It's under the bed so they have no jurisdiction there.
I run hot water over mine, or put them on a towel near the radiator.
