There seems to be a lack of good quality silicone dildos in very large sizes. The Tantus Cush 02 is our favourite and is reasonably girthy but not, I think, quite up to 7 inches.

As NatandTom touched above, silicone is the best, best material for vaginal use. I have a fussy vagina and cannot use anything other than silicone UNLESS i use a condom, which isnt a huge deal breaker.

This might be a bit outside the box if the intention is vaginal use, but check out the doc johnson range of anal toys. Some of there designs are much more dildo like. I believe there are a few that are in the size you want, and the bonus is the material is really good.
The B-7 dildo might suit though it is a little under 7 inches. The material is really good though, feels very much like silicon.
