It has a bullet type attachment which can be inserted into the loop at the end to transform the glass dildo into a vibrator. Hand on heart, it's my wife's favourite toy and I love using it with her too.

but the one we have is blue (had it over 2 yrs I think) you can use the small end or large end depending on how adventurous you are. My OH really likes this toy but commented that it can be very cold, this could be a good or bad point depending on preference

The other nice thing about this one is that it's not too girthy compared to some of the others out there, if that's potentially something you're worried about.
It's certainly the one I've had my eye on for a long time for that very reason. :)
The pack of two glass ones. That way u can start of with the smaller one untill your comfortable enough to use the larger one. Plus it's cheaper than buying two individual ones

And I'd just like to attest my previous recommendation, since I have since bought the above icicles glass dildo.
It's amazing! It's my first glass toy, actually, and it'sā wow. I've not tried it with the bullet yet, but it just feels wonderful; the ridge around the outside feels amazing. And it looks gorgeous - I just sat there holding it and looking at it for a while, haha!
It's also slim enough that the girth isn't at all threatening, and it's certainly long enough. I'd seriously recommend it. :)
