i bought it in November but have only used it about 3 or 4 times but it won't keep a charge?

it is always fully uncharged when I go to use it which means a have to wIt to charge it before use which sort of puts you off the mood so to speak but the other thing it it won't keep a charge even whilst in use.

today I charged it for half an hour tested it and no charge so charged it for another 45 mins tested it and it seemed ok but when I went to use it a got less than 15 mins before it died altogether!

There may be a fault? Try giving Live Chat a shout and see what they recommend

Yup, you can return for whatever reason for up to a year!

Just a quick update

i spoke to a very professional lady on live chat who within a few minutes told me I could send it back for a replacement.

all sorted in a phew mins thanks lovehoney!

The charger is absolutely rubbish, the light will go off/it disconnects VERY easily, mine does without moving it. You have to keep checking on it and if the light is out (appearing to be fully charged), reconnect it and the light will go back on. I don't think mine has ever been fully charged which is a shame as it's my favourite toy apart from this issue!
