Herbal Little blue pills that work?

Hi Guys & Girls.

We all know that the "Original Blue Pill" Does as much for an irrection as eating the packet they come in so are there any Herbal pills that are any good?

Price not really that important, I'd rather pay for something that has an effect.

Your suggestions for what has worked for you are appreciated

My OH hasn't tried any personally, so I have no personal prefrence but here's some help hopefully.

Have a look through and read reviews etc - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/sex/better-sex-for-him/vigrx-little-blue-pills/

___

This may be a good option as it's cheap and you could provide a second review - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17886

___

This one hasn't got such a great review, but people can have very different experiences and it's also very cheap - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=20445

___

A nice little cheap pack with some good stuff in it - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18075

___

This is a bit more expensive but there is more of it, there is also a sale on the bigger quantitys; here is a link to the FAQ - http://www.vigrx.com/faq.html

60 pills - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=702

120 pills (£10/13% discount)- http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=993

180 pills (£27/23% discount) - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=780

___

I think maybe you should go for the little packs and see if they work for you as they are a good price, but if your wanting a good deal then you could get the more expensive pills, plus there is more of them.

Alternatively don't waste your money on pseuodoscience

I wouldn't put medicine into my body that isn't proven safe and prescribed by a doctor.

At best a waste of money, at worse downright dangerous.

I have had experience of a partner with ED and the best advice I can give you is go and see a Dr , I know that there is an embarresment factor but the blue pills they perscribe are probably safer and more effective. But are a lot more expensive, we have paid £40 for a script for 4 doses of ciallis.

turned out we only needed 2 of those I seemed to have cured him completely

Don't be silly! External Media

Nice to be helpful! And no harm in not knowing much about it! It's good that people can ask places like this because the scary thing about things like this is that they're not regulated and are over advertised - well they seem safe but how would you know if they're not regulated?...it's easy for people to brush it off as safe when in fact you'd have no way of knowing (half these products don't even list their ingredients - scary!).

Adx

Thank's AD, and yeah =/ that is a bit worrying... I guess it's something i've never had to look into that much though.

EB Ad is right you shouldnt feel silly.

ED is still something of a taboo, people dont talk about it and without being sexist men are less likely to visit their GP unless they are really sick. Because of this there is a market for unregulated products which make claims that they dont substantiate. How many people do you know who would complain that a little blue pill didnt work for them?

I only replied because I have experienced it with 2 partners, both sought proper advice from a GP.

I'm sorry Alicia but i strongly disagree with that statement External Media

Just because a doctor prescribes something does not mean it is effective, appropriate or even safe, just as being alternative or herbal doesn't make something dangerous or placebo either. The same is also true the other way round of course.

I do agree about being careful though, a lot of "natural" products are not safe or even very natural, just as a lot of approved pharmaceutical medication is not safe either.

I think that curing the source of the problem rather than treating the symptoms is always the best way forward. My advice would be to carefully research your problem, educate yourself about any possible treatments and risks, then make your own informed decision based on your personal situation, everybody is different, bodies are very strange things.

I suffered with ED for many years, even from a young age. I eventually realised it was a circulation problem and sorted it with 120mg of Ginkgo biloba extract a day. Your first step should definitely be a trip to your doctor though, ED can be a symptom of various underlying problems.

I hope you find a solution soon abob External Media

Just because a doctor prescribes something no - but if it's available on the NHS and prescribed *correctly* then it's regulated, licensed and properly tested at the minimum.

Herbal remedies may be effective but remember - as Tim Minchin says in his 9 minute beat poem Storm -

"do you know what they call alternative medicine that's been proved to work?....Medicine"

Herbal things that aren't real medicine can work but they're also unregulated and unlicensed and therefore you cannot be sure how safe they are, especially if they don't tell you what's in them. They may work, but that's the scary thing - if they are active and not properly tested who knows what off target effects there are.

Sure you can buy the herbal remedy Arnica (for example) over the counter, but it's been proven to work so is also available on the NHS.

If something has not been thoroughly tested, I wouldn't take it. I think it's irresponsible to advise it too.

Thank you GG, I'm quite glad it's something i haven't had to look into, it seems very complicated.

I truly wish life were that simple, the world would be a happier place External Media

You can if they've been studied and you buy standardised products External Media

I didn't, i advised him to see his doctor and to research his problem External Media

They shouldn't be available imo.

Just because *you* research into which of those unregulated tablets are safe, doesn't mean the majority of people who take them do. Unregulated medication shouldn't be available. It's dangerous. It kills.

It's a huge bug bear of mine that "oh this stuff has been around for centuries - it must be safe".

I know you're not saying that, but the fact that it's available - many, many people do believe it and it's dangerous.

That annoys me also, it is an extremely dangerous view to hold. Believing pharmaceutical medication must be safe is also very dangerous. The truth lies somewhere in the middle, there are good and bad things from both camps.

Arsenic and ricin are natural but then anaesthetic can kill you and i know from personal experience that other drugs make you want to do it yourself... Everything, whether natural or pharmaceutical, should to be researched and considered on a case by case basis.

I think this is a little of topic now, i really hope abob finds the answers he is looking for External Media

Sorry Guys, I dont think I was clear enough

I dont have ED, far from it. I just want something that will keep me a bit harder for longer.

I once bought a product called "Herbal V" which kept you up for a couple of hours and was great but it's not as easy to get now and I was looking for something similar

abob, instead of going down the medical route why don't you try delay condoms or cock rings?

This might be a good option - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18075 It has a Herbal V pill which you've tried before so you can count on it aswell as some other stuff all for 9.99

1 x Herbal V Capsule

1 x Delay Cream Sachet

1 x V-RX Oil Sachet

3 x Assorted Condoms

There is also cock rings - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/sex-toys/male-sex-toys/cock-rings/
