hmm this is very weird. usually unless you breaking a serious rule then im not to sure, and im sure if that was the case then you would get a warning eemail
sometimes the comments get turned off, espically if there is one or two of the same threads. which posts are you talking about and i will see if i can find them. maybe a slitch
