Yes report and also link a card to Paypal or other such back up. I don't use any online Payment cards unless I can put them through Paypal too.
yup, what the 2 above said. I did something similar with GHD straighteners, I mean everything looked real, even the contact details. When they got to me, the only thing to show they were fake are the 2 pins, which are plastic and not metal.
Contacted paypal and they had reversed the payment within 15 days, opened up a fraud case too.
easily done buying online but all the above are solutions
Not meant to arrive until the 20th so ill have to wait until then to contact them and ask for a refund and if they say no then i can contact my bank :(
i've done this months ago when buying a fancy dress costume for myself and mum. they never turned up, answered the phone or emailed me back. i didn't know what to do after that so i've just left it stupidly. Site looked genuine but i obvously been fooled.
Hope you get it sorted. and get your money back if it doesn't turn up

Lloyds TSB says youve gotta make contact with the seller asking for a refund and see what they say (incase they do give you the money back) before you report it. Then need to send loads of information to themLovehoney - Hella wrote:

FL69 if they will not refund you can take the shoes to Trading Standards, they will give you a certificate of destruction so you don't have to return the shoes. Then go back to your bank

ok looks like there have been a few changes but you should be able to get help from http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/england/consumer_e.htm or call the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 08454 04 05 06.
hope that helps

For canceled order, 10% will be charge by Payment Platform as handling fee which is out of our control. If order canceled handling fee charge form buyer, but if shipped charge form us
What does that ven mean?! Why would i have to pay and anyway i can get away with it?

true
well hope all gets sorted anyway just be more careful in future x
I think they are saying that if they have shipped they get the charge in which case I would let them ship and then cancel , but speak to trading standards first. They are responsible for consumer protection and dealing with fake goods. It may be they are already aware of the company but even if they are not they can give you much better advice than we can.

Call your bank now and tell them this is an unauthorised payment and you want them to do a chargeback.
I used to work for a bank handling these kind of calls - the bold words are the ones which should trigger the correct action on their part

She said she couldnt see any other large sums of money going out but i havent spent it :s. Theyve also took £91.68 out instead of £88 and called it crafts online :s
The payment may be pending -so taken off your balance but not showing on the system yet. It should show tomorrow. Get a mini statement from an ATM - that £95 may not be one payment (if you used your card in the last couple of days it may be a few added together) if that makes sense. If you need more help my email is on my profile
