I am looking for a strap on harness/underwear that only enters the wearer. Are Rodeos or something equivalent able to do that?

Perhaps any skimpy pvc or leather underwear could be used to hold things in place if latex would be unsuitable that said latex does not feel sweaty until you take it off?
