I'm new to jiggle balls and wondered if there is a maximum time of wearing them? I've worn them up to 2 hours now and wondered if there's any harm doubling that? Going half day? I'm pretty confident of keeping them in and not accidentally popping them out as they are quite light weight. I do have heavier ones but this will be the first time I venture out the house with them! X

As far as I know, you can wear them as long as you like. I wouldn't wear them for long (but then again, I wouldn't wear them at all) if they were made of unsafe materials.

I don't think there's any harm in wearing them all day.....I often do and I go out with them in too. Feeling them in there acts a reminder to practice my pelvic floor clenches more often .

Thanks for the advice! I went for it today and all was well 😊. Shame the movements are not more obvious. Will have to give the heavier ones another go.

Does anyone know the largest balks available my better half likes to be filled We had some from elsewhere but they need changing the cord connecting the balls looked rather dodgy.

Are you after size or weight? they don't always come together, IE small and heavy/larger+lighter?

I have worn the Smartballs for around 4-5 hours on a night out a couple of times. I can feel they are there but they don't do a huge amount for me. I moved on to a We-Vibe 4 and have worn this a number of times on a night out as it really does a really good job!

I believe just for as long as your body is able to or until you are physically in pain then of course take it out. I actually slept with them in before (not itentionally but still)
