Kegel toners

I'm looking for some new eggs to use as kegel toners..

I've just had my second baby 4 months ago and although I've pretty much gone back to normal I'd like to have a little help in toning up ;)

Any suggestions?

The fifty shades ones with the removal balls are a good set. You start off with the light ones and then switch to heavier ones as you progress. There are quite a few combinations you can make so they should last a while.

i know they recommend larger lighter sets if youve had a baby but i suppose everyone is different. You could try starting off with some of the larger ones like these http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25361 and see if they are too easy?

Ive already got those and I find them a bit too easy :)

I would recommend these then http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30892

i currently use these http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=32417 and they are fantastic! I had to work my way up to them though as they are tiny and heavy!

Ami by Je Joue, it is an amazing set of three Kegel exercisers. The single ball is large and light and while it is a bit too big for me (never had a baby) it might be an ideal first step for your pelvic floor strengthening routine. The intermediate and advanced exercisers in the set are seriously good.

Thank you ladies, I will have a look at both of those.

I'm a little lax when it comes to remembering to do my pelvic floor exercises so the kegel toners make up for that and remind me to do them
