I tried genuine Viagra once - or at least it was sold as genuine and at full price, and came in a very authentic looking foil sample pack of two - I didn't need it but I thought I'd try it to see what it feels like to be uncontrollably aroused and I have no health problems; not only did it not work it caused my throat to tighten and I was glad I only took half a pill instead of one or two.

Proper prescribed Viagra really works. My ex was a diabetic and used to get them on prescription. You could seriously notice the difference although he did used to loose his appetite and sometimes get headaches. I don't know how good the high street style goods are though. Durex performa are great for making it last longer x
Loads and loads of garlic works for some men too! You need to be eating 3 cloves per day forever though! This can help to get the blood flowing.

Ginseng + Gingko biloba are the very best things for ensuring healthy sexual function imho ( good for both sexes , specifically for the over 40's ) and pomegranate juice / extract works just as well as Viagra in maintaing micro circulation, according to recent research.
