Is anyone participating in Loktober ? If so how have you been coping? Is there anything you have found particularly painstaking and made the urges worse or have u completely lost the urge? Do you have any plans for your release in November or ae you going push it to no nut November 
Let me know it’s been a mixed bag with my locked ins this year.
