Currently unable to load any of my previous orders on the AU site 
awful timing as I was just gonna go through to figure out what I still need to review

3 days later, and still no change on being unable to see my orders
Fingers crossed it gets fixed soon 
at this point, I can’t make returns or refund any orders from my account page and have to dig through emails for order numbers
I cannot access my basket to check out. I tried on 2 different browsers and on the phone. it does not load. the rest of the website works fine. but i cannot check out

Oh no! That sounds frustrating - please could I grab some more info to look into this? What happens when you click on the basket? Which browsers have you tried accessing it from?
Couple new non-realistic pieces on the AU site are missing some pretty important details.
This one has the overall length and insertable length in the description, but not in the specifications like usual (usually comes under ‘How It Measures Up’, also missing the circumference/girth measurements (which I assume varies due to the design).
And this one has no mention of any measurements at all. I’d prefer to know beforehand rather than chance it or look it up on another site, doubt it’s bigger than my lycan, but just to be sure

Yeah it’s happened before when the unihorn line just dropped for us, and there was no info on them at all. Hopefully it gets updated so people who aren’t on the forum can see the details too
Both are smaller than my lycan, and I’m also surprised at the difference in price! Especially seeing the sizes now, I wonder why that is?

I am also having the same issue. Wanted to get an order in tonight and no matter what I do I get the same error message.
