As @Pdm45 says, you need to be at Trust Level 2 to get the upload perk, but it only takes about two weeks, an hour of reading, and throwing a few Likes about. You can find more detailed info in Trust Levels. 
Only Lovehoney images from the shopping sites can be shared across all the boards; all the rest have to be posted to the #your-photos category for moderator approval before they go live on the site. But once they’ve been approved they’re visible to anyone logged into the forum. If you click on a #your-photos link, or pick it from the main menu, you should see all the photo topics grouped in there.
