Hi, I'm looking at getting a metal plug, something I can wear around the house.
What weight is good to start with. Notice they can range from 50g to 170g.
I want to have to work my muscles but don't want it too heavy I feel like it's gonna fall out.

work your muscles? the muscles in the rectum/anus are already strong. if your intending for anal play, you dont want super strong muscles up there or anal will become harder to achieve or even be partly enjoyable for you, you want the anal muscles to relax, not be strong...unless you mean your pelvic floor muscles ?
