Hey everyone, I couldn't find a post on this but I was wondering if you had any particular album/artist/genre you like to listen to when your in the moment?
Favourites of mine have to be Lana del Rey, crosses, deftones and maybe a little Melanie Martinez. Not sure if that's because I like the dark and unusual vibes they give but it sets the mood for a naughty time.
Also any songs which turn your mood from zero to 100? "Tag, your it" by Melanie Martinez is definitely part of my kinky session playlist.
Filthy, squelchy electronica is my preference - Goldfrapp, Ladytron, Royksopp, IAMX, Air, Gesaffelstein, Miss Kittin, Chromatics, Crystal Castles. I like retro synthwave/darkwave (The Berlin Breadown Version of Anthonio by Annie is just delicious) - some of those beats just give me waves of goosebumps.
I find horror movie soundtracks often do it for me too - Rob Zombie's The House of 100 Corpses and most of the Goblin ones for Argento movies but that's probably because I'm a bit twisted ;-) .
Unfortunately my OH, while being a huge music fan, is easily distracted by music so we don't tend to have tunes on in the bedroom but they can definitely help set the mood before hand.
For some reason like myself I think the twisted music and soundtracks are always good for an ambient background noise. I remember one time I had the latest Halloween soundtrack playing and the dark sounds kinda went with the kinky moment, on another side of things I did have a soundtrack playlist once and during the finale of our sex session, the pirates of the Caribbean theme came on and we both ended up rolling about laughing.
good choice of artists though, need to add a few to my selection.
Also any admins can you move the thread to somewhere more relevant as im unable to edit my posts at the moment ☺️.

Haha, ditto but with Kubrick's 2001 soundtrack that my OH had left playing in his office. "Dum dum dum dum dum dum, DER DER!". Not sexy at all.
