Hey, I am fairly new to anal play with just OHs fingers being used until I took the plunge and bought the Lovehoney basics slimline butt plug and reverse beads as they seemed fairly unintimidating . I tried them out and they were super easy to insert and not quite as satisfying as I had hoped . I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what to get next . I was looking at the Itty bitty butt plug as it seems to have a bit more girth as girth is what I think I am after . I can't afford anything to high end unfortunately.

I have just got that one. Experience so far is that it is a bit too large for both G/F and me - but the LH anal lube seems too runny and if it were creamy and less inclined to run off it would be easier to get the plug in to the retaining ring. Open to suggestions...

I think the basic lovehoney anal lubricant is too runny and it needs to be thicker to ease getting the butt plug in so that the sphincter clamps on the thinner bit. What are the views of others?

If it's a bit more girth you're after I would recomend the Doc Johnson classic medium and large, on offer for 2 for £15 at the moment.
They are well designed sit comfortably once in, have a nice long slow taper so you can go at your own pace, you'd be suprised how much you can handle( the that's way too big, but you try and wow I did it!) feeling.
