They are great, although you do have to put them on quite tight otherwise they fall off due to the heavy chain.
They work well on either sex, and on other parts of the body as well!!!!
I know. I would never say that, just think that experimenting with pegs may be good try, but it may not. As e.g. mine have really strong pinch while others may enjoy far less pressure. So some may try it and get really scared, while the adjustable clamps can produce less pressure than the pegs.
