Afternoon everyone. I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff from Lovehoney but the website always seems to say that I’ve got no recent purchases. Plus, when I leave a review is wants to put me down as an anonymous user. Is this just a glitch and my history is actually somewhere do you think? Would this all exclude me from qualifying as a tester too?

Hmm, how odd. You are definitely signed in, right? You can see your account details, saved items, etc.? And when you write your reviews, you are alsosigned in and verify them via your email?
Not a glitch I’m aware of, my order history is certainly showing normally at the moment but it might be a device or browser issue.

Maybe contact customer service if you think there’s a glitch so they can check your account

Oh yes, the emails are fine - it’s just that my account shows nothing.

Are you leaving your reviews via an email link? All reviewers who submit via email will have the username of “Verified-Customer”
