Oh yes, I used to love helping my wife empty her boobs. She would sometimes sit on me and express her milk straight in to my mouth. Loved sucking her dry. Still love suckling her breasts even though milk no longer produced.

I’ve seen pictures of my GFs when she was pregnant. Dear God what I would have done to be the father of her child back then. Lol. She’s a 36F now. She was a 38G when lactating, at least that’s what she remembers being. She looks closer to Kcups in the picture. She was an “over producer” and said it was extremely painful and had to have the specialist nursing care for duct cleaning and full emptying 2-3 times a week. That’s the most extreme case I’ve ever heard of in terms of over production in all honesty
Breaks (both of our) hearts, that I finally found the woman for me and we can’t have a baby. Especially with as many women that have filed false paternity accusations or claims against me. (I’m in the middle of one right now from 7 years ago actually, freaking attorney hourly rates, sigh).
So much so we are considering freezing her eggs (she had a partial hysterectomy), but from what I’ve read Prolactin can cause milk Production with or without actually carrying the child. Her sister carried a child to birth at 50+ and a lot of her cousins have as well. Her initial blood work came back with very viable FSH and ASH as well as Estradiol levels. So, we are cautiously hopeful.
Right now she has an appointment with a fertility specialist and an endocrinologist. Talk about a wet dream. 
P. S. There are some great Subreddits with some amazing short clips. She “catches” me perusing them periodically. (Goes “hand in hand” with her peeping fetish).
