Couldn't find a Lovehoney Glitches 2020 thread, so I'll just post it here, in case it happens to anyone else. I reset my Lovehoney password because I've started using a password manager to generate and store random passphrases for every site I have a login for. The new password was accepted and changed, however when I now try to log in, I get an error on the website telling me that the password field must be less than 20 characters long! Seems to me like a bit of a glitch in the website. Either lift the login password restrictions, or my new password should not have been accepted in the first place! I'll pass it on to customer care email too, since the live chat wasn't working for me either.
