First time poster :) just bought a penis extenders for OH but is it possible to use a condom with it or there a risk of it breaking? Any advice?

Yes, you can use a condom over it. If your regular contraceptive method involves condoms, then absolutely use one. Just keep an eye out for tears and such if the extender is textured. It might require some extra lube, but there shouldn't be any problems with breaking unless the condoms are super thin.
