Thinking of buying my OH a penis pump. what are everyones thoughts on them. do they really enlarge the penis by much? do they increase stamina? whats the best one to purchase?

I have been thinking of getting one for my OH (not that he needs it but he might like it).
It depends what you want it for. I mean if you want to see him getting bigger then the Tracey Cox penis pump looks a good choice, although I think with all air based pumps the results are short term.
if you want him to be bigger, then I think a bathmate pump is the way to go. Hydraulic action pump is more effective and has longer term results. Bathmate are expensive and seem to be used by men that want to be bigger. They require dedication and regular use to be effective.
