I went with the entry model, but if I did it all again I’d go for the one with the bulb you pump, makes things a lot easier, and I think it is something like 30x more suction, if you wanted to see if it works for you, go for the basic one and then go up in size and model, having an extra half inch of girth is great, I found that more noticeable than the extra length, mrstoysrus noticed the girth too
