Never tried one but I am always sceptical about devices and so called miracle wonder pils.

I agree with mysteron. Pumps and pills that claim to increase your size are always a bit fishy. Large size is not everything. In fact, if it's really big, it can get uncomfortable if you're not careful with it.

Read some reviews. Most of the people that review them also use the forum, myself included. I have found directly after use that my penis is bigger, easily visible gains and my oh felt the increase. The effects last for about 30 minutes. I also found That using a bathmate pump every other day for around 3 months there were gains, more so limp gains. Can't say I have used one for a whole year to see if the gain became permanent with an erect penis.
My OH has one and we use it very occasionally for a bit "more" fun. So tempererally yes it makes him a bit larger, and he feels bigger, but I don't think there are any permanent size increases to be made.
Some of the bathmates claim to be able to increase size in a more permanent way, but to be honest, make the most of what you have. There is much more to be gained from learning good techniques than trying to make your manhood larger.

Yes they do make it fatter but not longer, but the effect starts to go as soon as you stop pumping, a cock ring will help keep it bigger in the very short term to reasonable effect.

We have one. Its great, but... only lasts around a hour max. And thats with a cock ring. Tbh it isnt even a huge difference. Although isnt there some where u can use everyday for a longer lasting results? I think these maybe high in price.
You have what you have, just be happy with it. Different positions make all the difference no matter what your size, and if its length thats suffering use an extender.
I once watched a tv programme about men and their obsession with their penis size. There was this chap on there using a pump and it looked so painful.
