Your advice makes a lot of sense, so I've ordered nipple suckers and twist-top nipple pump...things ? :') I'll update this thread over time if anything good or bad happens for anyone interested.
I won't be having lower surgery to create a penis, due to the current results available; of course they're good for some people, but... honestly, I'd rather wait until something like a transplant was available. (Does that sound creepy, having a dead person's thing ? Probably...). Erm...
There's so many risks involved with genital surgeries in general, and I've found I get cranky if I can't get off every day... with a risk of that being taken away, I just can't do it. I'd much rather live as a man with a tiny penis/large clit and have a happy sex life.
You're absolutely welcome to share anything on my thread ! :) It's great to hear that you're taking those next steps, and I hope your assessment goes well (Though, as someone that's been in the GIC in London, I'll give you a warning that they play hard ball. This may have changed, but when I was pre-HRT they had a rule that you had to be "living in the desired gender role for a minimum of two years" before getting any treatment, for safety reasons, y'know, to prove that it's really what you want and such. (By that, they mean presenting as your gender in public/everywhere, which can be terrifying at first... I used to be scared of people figuring out what I was doing, or assuming I was a butch lesbian/feminine gay guy because that could result in negative consequences. As a result, I ended up dressing very, very plainly in solid colours in androgynous clothing. :') What a silly rule...).
GG: Thank you. :) I think an enlarged clitoris is quite aesthetically pleasing regardless of gender (which is why I was surprised there wasn't already a thread about this, unless I missed it).
Mm, I suspected about the spicy food; I suppose it's a safer way of increasing blood flow than taking blood thinning medications like pain killers.

SB: Thank you for your kind words, and I'm not sure this is helpful for you, but I found that most pussy pumps end up covering too much skin: of course this is perfect if you want (excuse the phrase) "luscious lips". :') Personally, I dislike having everything puffed up because I don't get much out of anything in that area other than my actual clitoris, so I wanted something smaller and more direct that won't cause everything else to compete with and potentially hide it, etc.
