So when you have a prostate orgasm (as in, a full body prostate orgasm) there is no ejaculation, you will still pre-cum (a lot!!) but you basically have an orgasm without ejactulating, which is what means that you can have multiple prostate orgasms after each other as thereās no refractory period

@UKlovingcouple are correct in my experience.
