Please can anyone tell me how you redeem your points?
I’ve got a relatively substantial amount, so either want to use them all or use some.

When you go through the online ordering at the payment stage there is an option to redeem your points. It also tells you how many you have and you type in how many you want to use. Then the points are converted to a discount which shows on your final amount before confirming payment.

Yes as previously mentioned it’s super simple at the payment stage. A great little Lovehoney perk.
