Today my new toy broke
I thought no problem since LH have an excellent return policy.
It has been a very long time since I had to do this and the label you use has all changed.
I was a bit surprised to see that the label that gets generated from the URL shows
“LH tr*ding returns” [edit: removed secret phrase for discretion]
I am sure years ago it was not as obvious to where the parcel was being sent to!
Now I am going to find a post office where they do not know me .

Sorry to hear your toy broke! Have you been in touch with Customer Care to find out whether we need you to send it back or not? We *may* be able to send you a replacement without you posting us anything, but you'll need to chat with us first.
In regards to the returns label, we have always used our *secret phrase* to make it as discreet as possible, whilst adhering to Royal Mail requirements for returns. Most people have no idea what LH Tr*ding is, and those that do probably shop with us themselves! 😜
