Certain websites specialises in these kind of things, but if you choose to use a very well known auction website, you'll need to choose your wording very carefully due to their rules and regs, my ex wife sold a couple of items on there, but be prepared for a lot of strange requests, time wasters and people who are just generally rude

Find a long running well established underwear selling web site. You may need to look at a few of them to actually establish how good they are. I can not let you know which is most likely the best here.
The better one's will have options whereby the seller and buyer can leave reviews on each others profile. That way you can weed out the scammers and timewasters, of which you will most definately meet along the way.
Join a site and make enquiries with other sellers how best to start, what to look for and what to avoid.
Create a profile, make it interesting and different to other profiles. Add pictures and detail what you are offering, make it clear what you like and do not like.
Create a safe payment option, there are quite a few options to choose from.
Don't promise something then not follow through, as with all types of buissness, returning customers need to know you are trustworthy.
