I sympathise with what you’re going through @Funbigguy, but for different reasons, we haven’t had sex or forplay for over 10 years now due to grief, unfortunately I have just had to accept and live with it. I felt and still feel all kinds of emotions, life really sucks.

I gradually changed my attitude whilst not getting enough partnered sex and really enjoy solo sex now, don’t see it as mediocrity in the slightest.
