I've noticed that a lot of big tv series now include nudity and lots of 'sex' scenes, e.g. Game of thrones.
I mainly watch them by my self when I have nothing to do and my oh is out, but wondered if I were to watch them with her, wether she would get turned on by the sex scenes? Girls do you get turned on when watching these types of shows?
I have never seen Game of Thrones, but when I do watch a sex scene with my OH, I certainly do get turned on by it. I know my OH does get turned on too. :)
Depends a lot on context, the people involved etc. Quite often I am indifferent to it, but if two people are really going at it and really into it (or at least appear so) it usually gets my attention.
Depends on the scenario really but generally speaking it wouldn't turn me on.
I'm not that visual when it comes to turn ons, don't even watch that much porn anymore unless with my oh so all the stuff on telly doesn't do much for me. Unless perhaps it was a particularly sensual scene that might get my mind going thinking bout my partner, but then I'd be day dreaming about him and lose interest in what I was watching anyway.
Spartacus is always a good program to turn the oh on
Me and the OH love GoT! I even have a tattoo based on it (My sun and stars) and he's getting the other half next month (Moon of my life). So for us, the series doesn't really do anything but he reads the books aloud to me and that tends to get us going
The hubby and myself watched Spartacus and loved it, got very turned on by it. One of my fantasies is to go to a Spartacus themed adult party! Masks and naked bodies!!!
Also we recently watched Masters Of Sex a 50s style American program. Loved it, also made me very wet

Spartacus love it got all four series I only get turned on if fancy the bloke, so though loved the series they didn't turned me on.
honestly i can't stand it on tv series where it is not needed cause on a tv there needs to be a reason for it game of throne got on my nerves as too much sex and no need for it to me. If i wanted to see sex i would watch porn they no need for it in some tv series.
Tbh I got very annoyed with all the sex scenes in Game of Thrones. I guess its because I read the books first and then saw it and it just annoys me so much I actually almost hate the series (sorry). There are hints in the book, but what they made of it...
I dont mind some sex scenes if it is part of the movie. The one in The Name of the Rose movie did not upset me at the least and the spanking scene in one older Czech movie actually got me bit interested and my face bit hot. But in both movies it was just subtle and nothing like in e.g. Game of Thrones
I guess there are now too many sex scenes round in all sort of movies. Or at least romance, even in movies where it is not necessary. I am not sure why, but it is bit annoying sometimes.
Normally I feel that there are far to many unnecessary sex scenes in films and on TV but I would definately make an exception for Spartacus! I felt pretty turned on while I was watching it.
Masters of Sex was fantastic. I remember desperately hunting for programs that contained sexual scenes before they age of the internet :-)
I do, I always try to be able to tell if my OH is but never can. Maybe we should both just ask ;-) xx
It doesnt do anything for me or the OH, maybe when i was younger but i cant think of anything ive seen tv series or film wise that has peaked my interest or turned me on.
Im more of a amatuer porn person though.
