What do people use to clean their toys?
Sliquid toy cleaner and baby wipes.
Also toy cleaner and toy wipes here.
I use a sex toy vleaner too, either https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31584 (currently 3 for £15) or https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=26832
Then I wash the toy in lukewarm water (make sure to not get wet the battery part of non-waterproof toys), and put it on a towel to dry.
Lovehoney's own cleaner with warm water if the toy is waterproof. Then followed by a squirt of Pjur Med Cleaner (can't do links, sorry, but if you type it in the search box it'll pop up with other Pjur items). I leave this to dry on the toy.
If it's not waterproof I squirt some Pjur Med on a piece of kitchen roll to clean all the gunk off, then give it either a spray and leave to dry if it's not waterproof but just water resistant. If I have any doubts I'll just spray a fresh piece of kitchen roll and wipe again.
I get a lot of UTIs due to a medical condition and Pjur Med was recommended to me by my incontinence nurse for use on both body and anything that comes in contact with it (catheters, toys etc.). Brill stuff and it also deodorises toys, too.

I haven't really found any reason to use something else and it gives me peace of mind knowing my toys are clean.
I also use a little nail brush to get in any gaps or crevices.

Lots of warm water to rinse through any sleeves or my fleshlight, and maybe a bit antibac hand-wash etc at the same time?!
