Mine never gets big enough to measure 
My partners nipples are big even when not hard i will ask if we can measure them when she gets up and when hard im probably around 6inc so its not massive but it does the job.

It has been so long I can barely guess wife’s nipple size , maybe a little over half inch erect and her areola maybe an inch and a quarter . My cock best ever just over 6" .
