Took mr ages to get used to heels @Curiosity but take your time.
Lots of wearing around the house and we both love how his legs look!
To be honest @Curiosity it may change over time. I’d focus on the fact she will buy you different ones and be supportive.
Had many friends relationships breakdown when they’ve open up about these things! Sounds like me and you are both very lucky!
