Well, If your BF is a pegging novice you need to be careful about the size at his end. The smallest of the Feeldoes is a possibility but we fell out of love with the Feeldoes when they started to mould them in hard silicone. We now prefer the FunFactory "Share" and "Share XL" as they are moulded in a softer silicone that we find more satisfying. The standard Share would be a possibility. The Share XS is, to my mind, too small to be woth considering and the XL is a bit big for a first-timer.
Whatever the manufacturers say about 'strapless' get a harness. You will get little or no clit stimulation from the saddle without one.
