You could always try something like the tenga eggs - they're disposable but last a few uses if cleaned and stored well. You could try a couple of different textures ones & then get a feel for what he likes.

Fleshlights are our favourite by far, and getting the mini one in that deal is a great way to get one. Plus the Tenga 3D are the only toys we have tried that don't need powder (although I don't think the o force needs it either?) so that fits your needs, though that one is way more stimulating (it actually overstimulates my partner) so maybe warn him of that. You'll need powder for the fleshlight, though!
If you have the money that is honestly a great deal, means you don't run the risk of putting him off toys altogether with cheaper, not so great ones that might not do the job :)
I don't know - I have never used powder for my toys, also it is another thing I have to buy, I am not sure how long it will last.... The whole thing looks a bit cumbersome to me. Also, I am worried that a material that needs powder for maintenance is not the best one for sex toys in general...

We have A LOT vibrating ones a bit crap for us but are something different, we have the tenga 3d which OH loved for a while but prefers his fleshlights, we have jenna haze mouth and vaginas but they're expensive. I'd recomend the black flip hole, it'll be my next purchase for OH and I know it'll be the best. Eggs are ok but won't blow anyone mind, they're good for taking on holiday
