I have never had any experience with male toys myself, but you mentioned tenga eggs. From what I have heard, they are pretty small and then just stretch to how big you need them. With the non-intimidating packaging, they sound like a good idea, because if he likes it, you can then buy a proper stroker or whatever.

What kind of budget are we talking ?and do you want just one toy or several ?

I would agree a stroker would be a good very. They can be great fun, relatively inexpensive and confer in a range of styles, colours and sizes.
