Checked the area and copied the code down but whenever i try to use it there is the error that the code isnt valid when i have literally never used it before. This happened early december and had to go talk to live chat who somehow provided a working code, so what gives? Still not fixed?
Are you trying to use it on any of the excluded items by any chance? If not, then customer care is your best bet I’m afraid!
Excluded items like email offers, DOTW etc is not part of the item so i guess back to live chat i go…
This however seems to be an ongoing issue since early december possibly before that so im wondering why it hasnt been fixed yet, ordering as a student in 2020 was heaps easier and now its a burden more than anything
