It didn’t look like your quote quite worked out how it was supposed to. It should look a little like this in your reply window:

Gotcha, I’ll not be moving off the app tonight to have a practice as I’m too tired to use too much of the brain, and believe me when I tell you this, it takes more of my brain to achieve these things than others

Very close. You also need the [/quote] at the end to sandwich it.

If you highlight the text you want to quote and tap the quote button (and don’t delete any of it ), you can then add your message underneath or above it (but leave a blank line inbetween)

Bit bored so just seeing what is missing from the sandbox…
Clearly 
should be in a sandbox.
And we need some pretty flowers to decorate the outside…
Thankfully, there are always fun games to play in here!
I may have spent some time on the blog this evening and wanted to play in the sandbox. Apart from old quizzes (which is a pity) all seems to be working well now

The old Reviews of the Month are missing (and wouldn’t link to the old reviews even if they did have a blog page). And quite a few of the Positions of the Week didn’t make it either. My collection topics need a rethink.
Hmm, yes, foolishly didn’t notice that the reviews of the month were missing. I guess while it’s not possible to link to specific reviews they’ve been disabled.
How odd that most positions of the week are there but not all 
. I had a large selection to go through to pick swings and roundabouts for the sandpit 
I think the format of the old blog titles hit a snag when they were auto-converted to the new addresses.
Eg:

https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/blog/january-review-of-the-month.html
But I’m not sure they’ll go to the trouble of fixing them if the links to the reviews themselves don’t work.
Sad times. I hope we will be able to link specific reviews again sometime

Actually, I take it back. I had another little riffle through them last night and the vast majority are working now.

Sometimes it won’t like mixing html (eg <big>) with Markdown (eg ** bold text **), but if it doesn’t display right you can use the html tags instead.
<b> bold </b>
<i> italics </i>
<s> strikethrough </s>
Actually, you got bold and italics by using three asterisks as well as the <big> tags. (rather than one for italics, and two for bold)

Just seen that I can hide specific text I think that’s brilliant
And do a drop down widgety thing, gotta remember the words to do this though, will have to keep going back to discobots tutorial to do that
