Hey Guys n Gals!

Another question... USB rechargeables, most say they give 60 mins of play - is that 60 mins full power or does the power and vibe weaken halfway through the charge like with traditional batteries?

It depends on the toy. I've used a couple that have said 60 mins on full and 90 on the lowest speed. If it says 'up to 60 mins' then it's probably less than that if used consistently on high. I'd estimate more like 40-45 mins for most I've tried.
