Dont discount speaking to a health professional either. If you have massive stress in your life that can also cause problems (speaking from experience here)

Work is a massive stress. But I don’t think it’s that.
My partner likes me to do things in a certain way and that’s when I have the issue

Yes of course. It takes her a long time to orgasm and I really enjoy what we do. It just sometimes takes so long I can’t stay hard

I cannot speak about Viagra as I have heart problems and have been advised I cannot have that. I have tried penis pump which works but the effect does not last long enough, Within 1 minute the effect has gone. I would see a medical professional for advise.

You really should see a health professional.
I had similar problems with losing my erection and it turned out that I had a very low testosterone level (not unknown at my age apparently). Treatment with a hormone replacement gel to restore my testosterone level and viagra (sildanafel) to restore my confidence has solved the problem for me. Viagra may well work for you but it may well be a band aid covering a genuine medical problem.
