Idk if I’m being stupid. I bought this because I understood it to be a lube but on the bottle it says only for external use.
Anyone know? I’m so confused.

Right. The reviews made me even more confused to be honest
Personally I wouldn’t used it for penetrative sex (which the description doesn’t suggest it’s for) but seems ok for oral (unless you have a super sensitive vulva) and massage elsewhere

Maybe cause it’s classed as a massage lubricant it has only external use on the bottle but in general many things like that tend to be ok for all sorts so perhaps have an experiment to see 
I’d say it’s a massage lube, that’s edible and wouldn’t use it internally…
