It’s helped in that I suppose it’s played a part in developing muscle memory - my abs are strong, my hip flexors are well stretched and I’m used to being on my elbows (plank position) for long periods of time. Also used to getting my body behind the humping and thrusting hahaha!

This morning. Trying to mix things up a bit so Used some toys i havent got out in a while, tried a new position (pillow under hips, definitely a winner).
