Welcome to the forum!
Swinging sites will attract both people who are genuine and people who are looking for a quick thrill online by pretending to want to meet. You need some patience to find the former some times.
Otherwise, try a sex club. Although not everyone there will be looking to participate, they won’t waste your time and the majority of people there will be looking for fun.

I’d suggest to either visit your local sex club or make an account on fetlife or feeld. Both are platforms aimed at the kinky or open community.
