I would like to add yet another tribute to Lovehoney's simply astonishing customer service. I bought a £40 item this morning, then realised as soon as I had placed the order that I hadn't clicked through to the site via the 25% discount email I'd been sent.
I emailed customer service acknowledging that it was entirely my fault but asking if they could help. Within 10 minutes I'd had a refund equal to the discount amount and a lovely email from Ana - apologising for the inconvenience!! Ana, thank you - you and LH are the best :)Customer care is really good! And they think a head .spoke to someone but returning a rabbit she really comforting and sent links to evrrything i needed. Never got to thank her as my phone cut out. Never had bad experienece yet
Customer care @ Lovehoney is amazing! Better than most of the high street stores in my opinion x
