Yeah, mains powered wands are rather loud. We can only use ours when the house is empty
I have it and love it! It's super noisy but not as noisy as what I imagined.
Mine was quieter than I expected it to be, but i didn't crank it right up to max, a gentle rumble was enough for me first time round.
