This is more Informational then asking for Help....
BT operate a "Content Control" policy where access to various sites that are deemed to be for "over 18's" are blocked by default when using the Web over GPRS. The message that comes up does not appear as a "This is a restricted site" message, but is a "Error 404" message, which makes you think there is an error in the address, not that it is blocked.
LoveHoney is one of those sites that is blocked.
To have this unblocked, the account holder needs to speak to the BT Billing Dept and get the Restricted Content policy removed (and be able to prove they have the authority to request this)
If the person in the call centre does not know about this policy and asks for an example of a site you are accessing and you prefer not to give an 'adult' site example, then you could use a gambling website such as ladbrokes.com instead that is also blocked.

Christicus, i really dont think they would ask for an example, i had to unblock 18+ sites on my mobile, and i had to call them up to confirm who i was and that i wanted to unblock it, but they didnt ask for an example or anything, and if the person you talk to is kinda dumb and does ask, lol, then any 18+ site would work, so a gambling site would count :)
and when I said something like "umm, not a pornographic site, trying to use an internet shopping site for over 18's" the guy I was speaking to got quite flustered and kept apologising for the block being in place and I had to keep saying "no problem, understand the block in place for kids" etc, etc.
After a few days it was still blocked, and I had found out that ladbrokes was blocked so used that when I made a chase up call.
Of course, when you think of it, what is more legitimate - accessing a site that deals with pefectly natural things like sex or one that deals with gambling?? Society conventions, huh
