I would join a swingers site, as mentioned.That way you can read profiles and talk over the interwebz prior to a meet, which is a lot safer. Always meet a potential 3rd party partner in a safe place and do not give too many personal details away to a stranger.
There are also lots of clubs you can visit, the clubs will allow you to spectate and participate if you wanted to.
Not really the sort of thing I would want to get into if in a relationship, but I did read up on fetlife, that does appear to be a genuine site for couples.
